(Why is this important, you ask? Check out our Bylaws for membership requirements)
By selecting the appropriate box below, I agree that I meet one of the following eligibility requirements for membership in the Oregon Alumni Band:
	I participated in at least one athletic band for the University of Oregon for a minimum of one season.
	I participated in a different college or university athletic band and have a sponsor (friend or spouse) in the Oregon Alumni Band.
	I am a former University of Oregon School of Music student enrolled during a period in which an officially recognized Athletic Band did not exist.
	I am a current or former faculty/staff member of the University of Oregon School of Music.
