Game Day Schedule
September 4, 2010: Oregon vs. New Mexico

General Information: The band will be performing on the field. Because we are learning a short field show, everyone is required to attend rehearsal. Enter through the East Gate. There will be a gate list. If you haven't filled out the survey then you won't be on it.

Instrument check out: If you need an instrument please indicate this on the survey. You will pick up instruments at the truck located inside the gates in the North West corner of Autzen. Reed players will need their own mouthpiece, reeds, ligature, etc.

Music: Music will be provided.
Pregame: Mighty Oregon, Star Spangled Banner, All Right Now
Half Time: Ease on Down the Road, Louie Louie, Crazy in Love, Mighty Oregon

Schedule:

8:00	Bus 1-2 departs Mac Court (Percussion, sousaphones, color guard)
8:15	Bus 3-4 departs Mac Court (All others)
8:30	Instrument check out
9:00	Rehearsal begins
		Pregame Block Half Time Block
10:00	Music Rehearsal
		Stands Tunes and Shout
10:30	Lunch - Mo Center Storage Room
11:45	Stage in West Tunnel for Pre-Game
12:10	Pre-Game
12:30	Kick-off
2:30(ish)	Half Time
5:00(ish)	End of Game. Return instruments at truck. Buses return to Mac Court as they are filled.
5:45(ish)	Buses arrive Mac Court

What to Wear: We will provide a Yellow Spirit T-shirt. Please wear appropriate pants, jeans or long shorts and comfortable shoes! We will not do any real marching, but will run onto the field.

What to Bring: Instrument, water bottle, hat (optional for in the stands; we will NOT wear hats on the field), sunscreen, sunglasses, earplugs and lyre (if needed).
