OMB Connection
Festival of Bands, October 6
The OMB needs your help to cover one of the many available
shifts while they perform on the field for this year's Festival of Bands
at Autzen Stadium on October 6. You can choose from a variety of jobs,
ranging from stadium security to concessions
to timing
coordination,
and your job may even allow you to use a walkie-talkie! Not only do you
get to help out the OMB, but you get to hear some of the best bands in
the region. Read more about the Festival of Bands on our Events page.
To volunteer, contact the OMB Festival of Bands coordinator
direct at .
And while we're on the subject, have you considered
purchasing advertising space in the Festival of Bands program? What
better way to target a music-loving audience! For more information and
pricing, contact the Festival of Bands coordinator at

The Oregon Marching Band Council Wants
Your Old Photos!
The Oregon Marching Band Council (OMBC) has a website
with a page dedicated to OMB memories, and they've asked
for our help to chronicle past years of marching band. View the
OMBC website's memories page and then go through your old OMB
pictures and e-mail them to Donovan Kim at the Band Office for
inclusion on their website. All they need is the electronic version
of the photo along with the year the photo was taken (and a caption,
if you like). E-mail photo submissions to
.

Donations: The OMB needs your support now as much as
ever! Donations are graciously accepted, and each donor will receive
a thank you gift from the OMB. We apologize for the delay in getting
donation information on this site; to contact the OMB directly regarding
donations, e-mail them at
